If you are coming in a group, we suggest that you have a “if we get lost or separated, where will we meet” plan.

For small children, we recommend that they have their carer’s details on them so we can contact them quickly. The Show office is the best place for lost people as we have the ability to contact the Police and Security as well as being able to get the message out on the loud speaker across the Show grounds. The Show Office is located opposite the open air pavilions.

Lost property usually finds its way to the Show Office where we will contact you if the item has a name and phone number on it.

Lost items are held in the office for approximately 2 months.

We have a Parents rooms located on the Show grounds located in the old Scout hall on the corner of  the Lower Ring Road and Cattleman’s Road near the stables.  Visit the Plan page to see where it is.

If you are looking for the Council Showgrounds Office, it is located on the ground floor in the Southern building opposite the horse stables.

There are a number of ATM’s located on the showgrounds. Please go to our Plan page for locations.

We have two designated smoking areas for the Public. One is located to the near the Main gate, in front of the Community garden (in front of the old school house), while the second one is partway up the road towards the Bli Bli gate. Take a look our our Plan page for a map view.  Please do not smoke or vape anywhere else.

We will happily charge your phone for you in the Show Office. Whilst we have generic iPhone and Samsung cords, you may need to provide your cord if you have a newer or older phone.

We do have an information booth at the Front Gate.

If you require specific Show information and it is not on our website, please see us at the Show Office opposite the open air Pavilion and we will do all we can to assist you.

With animals on the grounds, we make sure that we have hand wash stations. These are located in the Animal Precinct near the horse crossing.

Hand washing facilities are also located in the public amenities blocks on the grounds, and near the kids area and petting zoo. Please refer to a map for the location of your nearest facility.
