Sunshine Brewery is a favourite with locals and tourists. The cellar door on Fishermans Road, Kuluin Maroochydore is a large, relaxed venue with 16 fresh beers on tap at any one time, including a changing rotation of limited release ales and lagers.
Since opening in May 2017, we have created over 100 different beers – many have become staples in the core range, and others add to the forever-changing seasonal tap range. These include 26 medal-winning beers.
Visiting food vans offer a variety of food options on Thursdays and Fridays
Long tables line the cellar door where communal seating is encouraged giving the brewery a sense of community. The brewery owners, long term locals brewer – Craig Dunsdon and Brewministrator – Daryle Cook will often be found sharing a beer with locals and enjoying a meal when food vans are on site.
The venue is very much a family friendly space with a dedicated and well-used kids area, games, reading material and an eclectic collection of STUFF adding to the atmosphere. Plus the Brewhouse is open and in full view, so on brew day visitors can see, smell and hear everything happening.
