Societies and industry representatives are invited to submit nominations for consideration by the Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show before May 1, 2025.
The Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show also encourages nominations for associate judges and stewards to foster development and education for the next generation.

PLEASE READ THE COMPETITION CONDITIONS CAREFULLY:
The Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show Society (SCASS) is conducted under the Rules and Regulations of the Sunshine Coast Show Society and the Queensland Chamber of Agricultural Societies.
Cattle are encouraged to arrive on the grounds on Thursday, June 12th, 2025 (due to limited unloading space) however loading ramps will not close until 6:30am Friday, June 13th, 2025. Trucks must be parked by 6:30am Friday, June 13th, 2025 for the gates to be opened to the public. This will be strongly policed. Please direct any questions about this to the chief steward.

Please Note: It is encouraged that all exhibitors participate in the Grand Parade at 1:30pm Saturday, June 14th, 2025. Failure to do so may mean that any prize money will be forfeited.
COMPETITOR’S PASS: A link will be sent out for the Livestock competitor’s 3-day Pass after the closing date.
PRIZE MONEY and PRIZE CERTIFICATES: No prize money will be paid out if there are any outstanding fees. All prize money will be available for collection from the Cashier at the Treasury, located beside the Main Office as soon as possible after 2:00pm on the Friday of the Show. All prize money is GST-inclusive. Prizes not collected by June 30th, 2025 will be forfeited. Prize cards will not be held after June 30th.
DISCLAIMER: SCASS shall not be responsible for any accident that may be caused to or by an exhibitor, members of the general public or competitor and will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any losses or non-delivery of livestock or entries of any kind, or any injury or damage done thereby. Persons contravening any of SCASS’s rules/regulations shall forfeit any prize awarded. SCASS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or require any entry to be removed at any time. Exhibitors shall accept the decision of the Stewards/Judges appointed by SCASS as final. The decisions of the Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show Society Committee are final.
