Refund Policy

Refund Policy for any ticket purchases for the Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show (SCASS)

• Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
• SCASS is not liable to give a refund or exchange a Show Entry Ticket for any reason.
• The purchaser can gift or transfer the ticket.
• SCASS will also refer to the ticketing company’s refund policy.
• In the event the Show is cancelled, the remedy you are entitled to will depend on the official terms and conditions, which are consistent with Australian Consumer Law. However, our general policy states that there is no right to refund or exchange if the Show is cancelled due to adverse weather or for other causes reasonably beyond SCASS control.
