We are a food market stall operating on the Sunshine Coast at various markets and events for the past 6 months.
We are making French sweet & savoury crêpes, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Every crêpe is made fresh to order to ensure the best quality, and that way we can cater for every dietary requirements.
We are using 100% Australian grown buckwheat flour for our savoury crepe (as the authentic "galette" are made in France). We are using only local produce or imported from France (eg: French caramel, French cheeses)
